2.3.  Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of customers' payments.

3. Returns and exchanges

3.1.  Prior to shipment, our merchandise is thoroughly checked to ensure the quality. Therefore, we accept returns and exchange only in five days of the receipt of the merchandise.

3.2.  Please contact us within the time frame mentioned above if you want to return the merchandise if damaged.

3.3. Only the merchandise that are not worn or used, and still have their original tags can be returned or exchanged based on the above conditions.

3.4.  We do not refund shipping cost paid by the customers.
